More butterflies

What a scorcher of a day it's been; officially it was 25 ºC but in the direct sunshine in the garden it felt much hotter than that. Luckily I was on a day off so I spent the day pottering in the garden... well, mostly lounging in the sun, but I did do a bit of pottering. I've never seen so many butterflies in the garden, especially now these buddleja bushes I planted a few years ago have started to flower - they were covered in butterflies and bees today. This is a small tortoiseshell butterfly, the one we see the most of here.
