Two children, one beach = happy

Campsite was mad busy yesterday, but even as we were heading out this morning people were packing up to go home. Leaving Daddy to rest in the tent, we headed out on an adventure. well I knew where we were headed but the kids didn't.

Firstly we headed to Morston, so that I would know how long it would take to get there tomorrow. We then had a lazy lunch in the sun at the lovely Wiveton Hall Cafe.The kids were great, really well behaved and fully absorbed in the colouring that the café provided them with.

After lunch I promised a beach, so we headed back to Cromer, but I decided to stop at East Runton and it was on the beach there that we spent the afternoon. The kids initially played in the sea, Carys up to her neck, William up to his knees! Then they settled down infront of me and spent the best part of two hours digging a hole! They could not have been happier.

A quick cold shower for the feet and an ice lolly later and we headed back to the campsite to se how daddy had spent his day.
