Family out for their late afternoon walk.

Another hot day. Had healing CranioSacral treatment at 1pm and later tea with a friend in the courtyard garden of the Olive & Vine tapas bar. A good day.

Will settle down to watch at least some of the Opening Ceremony of the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow at 8pm.
