Traffic circle with a difference

Another spot I have often driven past and today decided it was going to be my blip!! People must think I am mad!!
So here you see a traffic circle and in the middle a mosque!! Don't think it is the safest place to build a mosque. Traffic can be a nightmare and there is no parking nearby either. So people will just stop and block traffic, park their cars and go in and pray! While others run across to get to it!
