They're coming home...

National Day of Mourning: As we remember the victims of flight MH17.

The Netherlands is in mourning today. We dwell on the 298 victims of the air disaster in Ukraine. Flags hang at half mast and candles are burned. The remains of the first victims come around four o'clock this afternoon at Eindhoven Air Base.

Then we are all silent to remember....

Just the idea that these people last week cheerfully packed their suitcases, and went on vacation, back home or at work, breaks my heart.
