From the Hawthorne Bridge

Portland, also known as "Bridgetown," has eight bridges which cross the Willamette River and enter the downtown. While crossing the Hawthorne Bridge on my bicycle this morning, I caught some hard workers just south of the bridge trying to lift a boat from the river.
