Last long day (Norwich) before I get to sit on my arse* here for a few days

Libbie asked me just yesterday if I missed them when their hearts stopped beating.
I didn't look my best when we got to the school gates.

*haven't quite had time to fit in the Summer Beach Body workout, so sitting on my fat arse, unless they now offer emergency lipo at East Midlands Airport.**
