Anniversary indulgence

So it was mine and 77's 2nd wedding anniversary today. Much has happened in the last year including home ownership and parenthood but it has been fun and I am very lucky to have 77 as a husband.

To celebrate, the wee man was left with his grandparents in Stonehaven yesterday and we headed off into Aberdeen. A very nice walk around Duthie Park and the winter gardens followed by some chilling out at Malmaison and then off to Native ( Nick Nairns restaurant) for some lovely dinner with a wee pint beforehand in the sun/haar.

Then today a leisurely lie in, brekkie, bit of shopping, lunch at Yo Sushi before back to pick up the wee man and head back to the burgh.

All in all a very nice 24 hours and although I missed the wee man it was lovely just to have some time to ourselves.
