Whalley Viaduct

I am having to make numerous detours to and from work as the start of the summer holidays has brought a collision of major roadworks on just about all of my usual routes so I am diverting onto all the wiggly roads and avoiding some motorways. Still, at least I'll get some different blips !
This is taken from underneath Whalley Viaduct.....this is just a tiny section of it as its really quite an impressive structure with more than 20 of these arches and frequent trains between Lancashire and Manchester crossing it. I'll try get a wider and fuller view another day. Liked the contrast of the old bricks and the shade with the bright sunny view through the arch
