School Concert

It was the school music concert for youngest son this afternoon. The Year 3's play a few tunes on the recorders, and the rest of the infants all sing a few songs. It was all very lovely.

Then it was youngest's school disco tonight. He had great fun, but was very disappointed to not win the dancing competition again, despite his best efforts. He does a particularly good 'Gangnam Style', but the judges were obviously not looking at the right moments!

Me and eldest son did a shift at serving scarecrow teas at the Church centre. It was very quiet with only 7 customers in total. I was rather concerned that 100 parents would turn up all at once while waiting for their children who were attending the disco, but thankfully the school PTA had the idea of having alcoholic drinks for sale in the school playground, which was obviously much more tempting in this hot weather!!
