Time's a Wastin'

Or, should it be ...... wasting time?

After waiting all day for the hummingbirds to visit the feeder, I finally realized that it was time to move the camera on to something else.

I set some peanuts out and waited for the squirrels to come around, but it must have been time for their monthly city counsel meeting or something........ there weren't any to be found. Mr. KangaZu said there were none in the front yard or in our neighbor's yard either.

But I wasn't ready to give up entirely. So I waited some more. And some more. This picture of a mourning doves was taken early evening when the lighting was very poor.

And I just didn't feel like including a timepiece. Sorry!
