I spent today lurking indoors in shadows trying not to melt. I went for a swim this morning but had to call off my run this evening. I'd already had my fill of summer by midday today. Then the Boden autumn preview catalogue arrived - all tweed miniskirts (they will be mini when I've copied them) and opaque tights and cashmere jumpers. That's where I belong...

Still, nearly the weekend! It won't matter what the weather's like at all, this weekend.
