Completed c25k!

I am so pleased with myself! Tonight I ran 5km! It took me about 45 minutes .... I forgot to turn the app off when I had finished. It was seriously hard work and at some points it was more of a lollop. This was the longest distance I have ever run and ten minutes longer in time than I have ever run.

This was on top of a day entertaining a lot of children and a friend. To say I am chuffed is an understatement.
