An 'Abnormal Load' the van said!

Having waited for about 10 minutes in a strange place for a traffic jam a van with the AN sign & flashing lights on came through. After another 5 minutes this huge tank came into view & stopped right across the junction I needed to turn into.....

It was not a day for being stuck in traffic & I had to go the long way around too.
