For Comfrey on a Hot day

I think that comfrey is wonderful. Here you see it towards then end of the season with a bumble bee departing as the shot was taken.

We have quite a lot of it because I have been encouraging it to spread by broadcasting the seed.

However up until today I had not really thought about its use as compost. Now I come to think about it the compost heap is close by....
