Summer Days feeling so fine...

We return to the tall grass alley. How fast those grass bundles shoot up! They are about half grown now. They will be here in one form or another until next spring.
~~ Yet the beautiful Queen Anne's Lace is in it's full season now and will be gone in another month. It appears all over the garden; self-seeding each year. This is the first time there has been one of these 5 foot tall plants right by the garage door where I took this blip. I noticed a 7 foot Q.A.L. blooming on the eastern side of the house. Impressive. They require 0% work on my part-- except to avoid mowing them down.
