The scene behind me

Woke up this morning before my alarm(unheard of) with a sore heart, (if that is possible) , well that is what it felt like. Lay thinking I was having a heart attack( ?!) and wondered what to do. I couldn't take a deep breath in. Oddly enough I thought about if I was dying...I'd be quite happy for it to happen now.
Decided to get up and try to forget about it. Have spend all day like this, everytime I bent down it got worse, maybe I have just done something to a muscle? A wee bit worrying but I keep thinking if something was really wrong it would have had consequences by now?
