Blue magic

A blissful couple of hours at Middleton Lakes

No sign of the car park gestapo
A few children really interested
Peace and quiet.

I watched a heron fishing in the top lake (but my photos didn't come out impressively)
I sat (and was quiet) where they suggest you wait for the kingfisher (but he didn't come)
I got bitten a bit

But there were SO many glorious butterflies, damselflies and hawkers.

But you know me - when there is a blue, it has to be blipped
