Not feeling well

Helen was at work, the kids in nursery so I painted the windows downstairs after a five mile run. Picked the kids up as Helen was at a spa and Arthur began to cry. Got home and he wanted to go to bed. Cue a very broken night and thus morning Arthur is missing his last day as a dot and tot.
