Doing God's work?

Well, repairing the church roof... It's a while since I've blipped men at work.

Thank you everyone for rooting for me; it helps me to laugh at myself for panicking ;-))

I finally got to speak to my landlady yesterday evening. She apologised for not returning my calls; said she was going to but the wine came first. She has received the request for a reference but put it aside to do "one day". I hope I've convinced her that today would be a good day but I'm not sure. She's very nice but very arty and in a different world than I am ... I'll crack on with organising the move. If I find myself homeless on 30 August I'll arrange some blipmeet sleepovers!
