Trust

I find 'trust' very hard. However, I trust the two coaches in this image completely. Over the past three months they have coached, supported, cajoled, encouraged, modelled, stretched and challenged, all with a smile. They have achieved this with their patient, constant and calm approach, clear and regular communication and an intuitive ability to recognise when to step in and when to take a back seat. They have taught me so much and I will very much miss my Monday evening sessions.
