Alex spent a good part of the day under the needle with his monthly allergy shot and then an unexpected blood draw for egg allergen level testing. He wasn't too happy when mommy threw the blood draw in on the same appointment, but I was going for efficiency, obviously not comfort. ;) The nurse took pity on him and gave him this sterile (straight out of the package) syringe to play with at home. The look on his face when I handed him the red water was priceless.
