Puppy Training

Another reasonable night's sleep and a necessary early start to go into work to meet and greet for some catch-up lessons. Bailey was in capable hands though - and very grateful I was too because I really couldn't contemplate taking him into work. I was back before 11 and we spent most of the day out in the garden - apart from a bit of an afternoon nap on the sofa - for both of us! A bit of reading up on crate training and I think it's going to be a longer game which we have at least started today. Treats, sunshine and an open door to start with, means that it wasn't such a scary place to be. I've also got him booked in for his next set of jabs next Tuesday and puppy classes, though the earliest I could book him in was September - hopefully I will have managed to get him into some sort of order by then. So, a generally productive day. And it sounds like he might go down first time tonight. (That's that jinxed then). Shots of Bailey and uploading whilst sat on the stairs waiting for him to settle down for the night, are all part of the new routines.
