Evening run

It was still hot when we set out (24C) but it was a beautiful evening to be out.
The run was along the road to the line of trees, up through them to the open hill and then steeply up (quite a bit of walking but better than before the holiday) to the monument at the top where there were extensive views. I hadn't taken my camera as I had nowhere to put it so no blip from the top.
Back down and the legs turned to jelly along the road and at the car park the fish & chip van was a greater attraction than another short stretch along the old railway!
Excellent supper eaten sitting on a wall in the sun.
Still 20C at 8.30pm
