Training ride

Having arrived back from Cornwall I was forced out on a bike ride via Kenilworth Castle. Though clearly not up to Earthdreamery standards the 30 mile circuit was the furthest I have been out by a country ....! Refuelling took place at The Forest in Dorridge followed by total physical collapse once we got home. Needless to say Mark found this highly amusing.
