First Steps

Got the Dingsbums that means I could connect an old monitor to the Raspberry Pi (not pronounced "pee" like G said..). Then it was just a matter of connecting all the cables and "gulp" switching on.

And it worked. Got the wireless connection sorted and we're good to go. It's all a bit of a guddle with the cabling but I'm sure I'll get that sorted out. I'm thinking about building a motion sensor camera to see if I can catch Kaztenterror on film. Said film to be used in "How cats should NOT behave" talks.

Talks doomed to failure obviously.

Sticky day here - lots of rain but the temperature stayed about 25°C so it was very, very sticky. A bit like the problem I'm wrestling with at work.

On the bright side, I found my favourite shower gel in a shop here. It makes a difference going to work and knowing you smell right. So I now have all their current stock in the bathroom.
