The pond in the park

I took the camera out this afternoon in the hope of finding a suitable "pet" to photograph for this week's MonoMonday theme. No joy. But I liked these water-lilies in the park, so they're my blip for today. Clearly not suitable for mono.
(By the way - how CAN it already be one month since the summer solstice ?)
