Hoover time :(

Celebrating the fact that it's not too hot by having a whizz round with the vacuum. I live it up! The pups aren't scared by any means but it is an exceptionally noisy Hoover. The Empress was keeping watch from her lofty perch.

After Emily's silent walk yesterday, today's was yap central. It wasn't her fault as a naughty little dog wanted to play with Storm and wouldn't go away. The owner was particularly useless in trying to catch it. If I walked away it followed so I stood there waiting for her to grab it and failing repeatedly. Grr!

The rest of the walk was fine, Storm stood on a floating branch to drink from the pond and looked rather surprised to fall in as it sank under his weight. He was dry before we returned to the car.

Alice finally had her braces fitted today, yay!

This evening I will be attending an award ceremony at my eldest grandson's school. It's in the style of the Oscars so we all have to dress appropriately. I have a multicoloured posh frock from Monsoon so I think that will be acceptably smart. I feel bit of a fraud in smart clothes!
