A sweaty run tonight!

Another run done in my recovery phase tonight. 1.5 miles but it was pure torture the whole way. It was very warm and mostly uphill as well. My legs certainly know they have been out today! But I do feel so much better for it!

Another lovely day with my Nan. We went to church with her this morning, where the sermon was quite controversial and not so theologically sound (I feel having a degree in theology I'm ok to make this comment!). Then a roast dinner with her and and aunt and uncle, followed by a quick trip up to a retail park for a nose around the next and Matalan sales.
