Two extra days off. Yeay!

After feeling very ropey yesterday, back to the gym today for a good workout.

Arranged lunch date at Mo's for tomorrow.

Arranged lunch date with God daughter and the bump, "Pat", (due in a months time).

Spoke to the Care team looking after my Parents, least said soonest mended I reckon.

Roasted veg and german sausage dinner.

Might even stretch to a glass of red.


I'll forget about the swearing till after bliptime, (for those that don't know me that'll be the ironing.)
