Stob Coire na Ceannain

I have been violently sick, dizzy and light headed today. Thankfully everyone else in the house is fine but the thought is that I have picked up something from a take away sea food salad I had on the way home yesterday.
Today I did not feel sufficiently fit to drive and have cancelled my first day back at site work tomorrow should I still feel the same in the morning. I have done very little today, a very short walk at Achaderry and a quick look back over some holiday images.
Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love our Lochaber mountains and landscape but the light quality (even on a bad day) at Skye and North Uist has been amazing. In latitude we were barely 45 minutes further north so the sun is typically that bit lower in the sky but I suspect that never being that far from a coast and sea air adds clarity somehow. I have visited several Islands now (mostly with work) and I always think the one I have just left is my favourite. Last Monday it was North Uist, today I am saying Skye.
With such low energy I have just pointed the camera at the Grey Corries this evening.
