Boom Boom!

Are you sitting comfortably?...then I shall begin.....

Oh my, did I ache last night. I got up and made myself go to the Marriott and swim forty lengths this morning though. I was the only one in the water and it helped to ease out the muscle tension. I nipped to the tip and Tesco, then I decided to go and have a shufty at the homage to Children's Television at the Lowry.

There was Andy Pandy, The Clangers, Bill & Ben, Blue Peter, Morph, Gordon the Gopher, Bagpuss, Grange Hill and many more. It was really hot and clammy in there so I did a quick flit round and took a few pics then went out into the fresh air again. Sadly all the toys and puppets were behind glass so it was difficult to get a good shot.

I have ummed and aahed about which pic to post...I liked the Clangers and the Soup Dragon and the Iron Chicken but thought Mr Brush was a better pic. I think they should bring back The Clangers as they were fandabidozi....yes I am so old that I can use that word because I remember the Krankies ha ha ha.
