A good start

Holidays are off to a good start!

After a boozy evening yesterday I needed sleep! When I did eventually wake up we went to stayal mill to have a bit of a walk and a look at the gardens! It started to brighten up and we had a lovely couple of hours there.

On our way home we noticed that the artisan market was on in wilmslow... It would have been rude not to stop and have a stone baked pizza while listening to some live music!

This evening I decided to burn off the booze from the night before and went on a bike ride. Proper cycle shorts and everything! I even wore a yellow t shirt, which , you will not be surprised to learn, did not make me go any faster ... but I could tell that the other cyclists who kept overtaking me, were well impressed ;-) ;-).
(I feel I must point out that we are on a Cheshire cycleway route here and get a lot of proper serious cyclists ... )
