Sometime you have to over tighten the screw...

I lost the plot yesterday... but feeling a bit better today...I've got more baggage than Heathrow Airport.

Well as i have said once or twice that i'm doing a bit of training again... Just been trying to up the amount each week. Yesterday on the rower I was thinking that you have to over tighten the screw to know how tight you can tighten it.... So i doubled the time on the rower Saturday... Today i did the same... i think i now know the limit at this time... I will spend a week here and maybe up the time next weekend.

Nothing much to report, shopped for supplies, cleaned both care inside and out, visited the dump.
