Come to Liverpool

£125 for a room? Has the property crash come to Liverpool before anywhere else?

I think this is a lift shaft that was started several years ago and then abandoned. Quite why I'm not sure. It's prime land down near the Albert Dock. The Ibis happens to be next door.
