Chips and cheer.

Took the children to the beach and sneaked some chips on the way. We stayed well past bedtime and returned home to cake and tea at 10.15pm! Sam and Rowan are determined to pick up their copies of The Deathly Hallows at midnight and because it's the last Harry Potter Nick is going to take them. Murron is refusing to go to bed (it's 11.30 ouch!) and I know that I am going to pay for this tomorrow with three very grumpy children. Was worth it though, the beach was deserted and the sky filled with cloud backlit with the setting sun.
