Broadway at the Cam

The actors step up to the bar during intermission at an outstanding performance by topnotch local performers in a cabaret presentation, directed and accompanied by Ray Kennedy, another local but one who has been working in New York for many years. This event was part of a series at Wilmington's Cameron Art Museum.

My favorite was a re-creation of the Happy Days are Here Again duet by Judy Garland (sung by the woman in the picture) and a young Barbara Streisand (performed by an 18 year old student at East Carolina University not pictured). HERE is the original.
