A quiet spot

After heavy rain and thunderstorms all day, the sun came out at 4 pm, in good time for our village Garden Club party! In past years, we have stood under dripping gazebos, shivered on terraces, or even cancelled the party!
But today the sun was very hot and the air humid, so off we went to this year 's venue in the beautiful garden of a fellow blipper!
This is a quiet spot at the end of the garden, with a pretty view over the fields.
We all had a good time and were able to wander around the garden and admire the many shrubs and flowers.
Our English weather really can surprise us sometimes!
