Cheerful berries
The berries on the Japanese laurel are a standout on a grey bleak day like today. They have been good value in the garden as the berries have held on all winter. They are just starting to get a little tatty now, but should last through to spring. I suspect they are poisonous as the birds leave them alone.
Thank you to all those who helped me to gain a spotlight place yesterday with my close-up of a fantail. That was a first for me.
