Lifeboat week

So today is the first day of Lifeboat week in Lyme Regis and here is the lifeboat going back on its trailer attached to the special tractor that can go up to its neck in the water! I had just returned from a short trip around the bay in my boat ( shortened by the storm complete with thunder and lightening out to sea ) and was in my tender heading for the slipway when the RNLI came in . It's a bit of a rough IPhone shot , however it seemed right for today. Red Arrows later in the week.
