Golf on a summer's day

Although we have escaped the thunder and lightning that has been experienced in the south over recent days, it did rain today. I put off my morning jog, but by the afternoon I needed to get our for some air. I took the path at Chatelherault which skirts the local golf course and, despite the rain and the fact the Open was on TV, there were still golfers out and about.
i must confess, it was the first time I have ever seen a 'golf' umbrella actually used by golfers!
