Calm After The Storm

Just after midnight this morning our garden was littered with the aftermath of a very lively Playgroup staff BBQ; somehow we'd managed to squeeze 21 of us in here and there were a lot of plates, bottles, chairs and glasses lying around; festivities were only brought to a halt by distant flashes of lightning which precipitated a mad dash to clear up. We'd just brought the last things in when the storm reached us and the rain poured down.

Things are looking a lot calmer this evening!

Just when you thought the football season was over, today saw Yeovil's first home pre-season friendly! A creditable and entertaining 1-1 draw with Reading.
