No..it's not a pint of Ribena.........it's a new cider....made from blackberries and blackcurrants........mind you it tastes like Ribena.

The doc wasn't telling fibs yesterday.........the pain in the knee woke me up at 4.00 a.m............just in time for an absolutely spectacular thunder and lightning storm........
and the swelling has to be seen.

So an enforced day of rest..........with the pain steadily increasing..........not sure I'll be 100% fit for fishing tomorrow........so I'm off for an early night........let's see how much sleep I get...........and how I feel in the morning.
