Rude Caterpillar!

I really know next to nothing about caterpillars except that they are the Larva of a butterfly or moth. What I do know is that they eat my fruit trees, my flowers and now they are attacking my herb garden. This one is even sticking out its tongue at me! I googled a black, yellow and white caterpillar with orange spikes and I found so many photos. I gave up before I identified this caterpillar. So he is stuck with the name Rude!
