Cleaning

This is an actual photo of a great damage that happened in a local shopping center few hours ago. A meter of water had flown to this lower part of the building. I heard from it from the radio. I took about thirty pictures, and although all of them were sharper, I wanted to select an unsharp picture here, and even changed it heavily to the direction of unclarity in Photoshop.
