Acorn Woodpecker

Our whale watching holiday off the coast of Baja California started from San Diego. Before boarding the boat we were taken on a guided tour of the bird life of San Diego County.

One of the highlights of this tour was the local Audubon Society's Silverwood Wildlife Sanctuary.
