Garden Bird?

One of our neighbours persists in throwing large kitchen scraps out for the birds, consequently we get gulls, magpies, jackdaws, and feral pigeons congregating for the food.
The gulls in particular are a menace as they circle and empty their bowels, (do birds have bowels), well anyway you get my drift, they poo in flight and use our windows for target practice. I am not amused.
This Herring Gull sat on a roof and watched as I cleaned the inside of the windows today, no doubt thinking I'm going to s*** on the outside when he has finished.
