Malmaison

Stayed at the brand new Malmaison for a wee treat a beautiful hotel, real luxury, and so very nice.

We had a deal with bed, dinner and cocktails.

I had salmon fillet with heritage potatoes and lovely it was too. One of my potatoes was very dark so I didn't eat it, I then commented on it that I thought it was not right, the waitress very politely said, "oh dear, the potatoe is okay it is a Heritage Potatoe, they are a darker colour." Oh I did show my ignorance there then. Tee hee!
