Bowen – salad bowl of Queensland.

Had a bit of a sleep in, then headed for Bowen, then on down to Hydeaway Bay, where we have booked in for 4 nights.
Not sure what the crop is that is growing, I couldn't make this lot out. They grow tomatoes, lettuces, capsicums, cucumbers, melon, etc, etc, and mangos (but we are never there for the Mangos)
Craig's birthday today, so we rang him, he was sounding ok, which was a relief.
After leaving Mt Coolon, on the next part of unsealed road, we came across the workmen fixing the road, so hopefully it wont be so rough next time we travel it.
