PIG

I'd like you to meet Pig aka Tucker. He belongs to a friend of ours who is doing the remodel of our home. When they got him several years ago he weighed over 70 pounds (5 stone). He is a purebred wiener dog or dachshund. You don't see the standard of the breed very often and he would be my first to see! Why pig?? Because he is one :) He will eat anything which is why he weighed so much. He has been on a weight reduction program and is now around 50 pounds or so. Mostly muscle. He is a really sweet guy who we enjoy his company when he is here!

More on our remodel later..... you know, the kind that start out "we will just do the bathroom" "well, maybe the kitchen too" which morphs into the WHOLE house. Then add in having our friend who lives in Central Oregon (5 hour drive) doing all the work. He comes for a couple weeks then goes home for a couple weeks. Makes for slow progress but it's starting to come together and I love what's happened so far!! Like I said photos and stories to come....

Nice day here on the coast. I'm off to our home in Newberg, 4 hours away, to try to finish packing as its being sold soon. What a chore!! I can't wait for it to be all behind me. I may not be able to post so it could be backblips when I get home!
